Logging in to Ok Funalo is something you'll do every time you want to play, check your balance, claim a promo, or request a withdrawal. It takes a few seconds when everything is working properly — and this section covers what to do when it isn't, plus everything else worth knowing about your Ok Funalo login.
How to Log In

For faster access on mobile, you can save okfunalo.com to your home screen. On Chrome for Android, tap the three-dot menu and select "Add to Home Screen." On Safari for iPhone, tap the share icon and choose "Add to Home Screen." This creates a shortcut that opens the site in full-screen mode, almost like a native app.
I Forgot My Password — What Now?
Happens to everyone. Tap the "Forgot password?" link in the login form and follow the steps in the password reset modal. You'll receive a reset link at your registered email address — just click it and create a new password. The link expires after one hour for security reasons, so use it straight away.
If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact support at support@okfunalo.com. They'll verify your identity through alternative means and help you regain access to your account.
Why Is My Ok Funalo Login Not Working?
There are a few common reasons why you might have trouble logging in:
- Wrong credentials — double-check the email address and password. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check your caps lock key.
- Account not verified — if you registered but never completed email verification, your account may not be fully active. Check your inbox for the verification email.
- Account suspended — if there was suspicious activity or a policy violation on your account, it may have been suspended. Contact support for clarification.
- Browser cache issue — try clearing your browser cache or logging in from a different browser or incognito/private window.
- Self-exclusion active — if you previously set up a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, your login will be blocked until that period ends.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Ok Funalo supports two-factor authentication for additional account security. When 2FA is enabled, logging in requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your mobile number. Even if someone else gets hold of your password, they can't access your account without your phone.
To enable 2FA, log in to your account, go to Profile Settings, and look for the Security section. Enabling it takes about two minutes and is strongly recommended, especially if your Ok Funalo account has a significant balance.
Logging Out Safely
When you're done playing, always log out using the logout button inside your account — especially on shared or public devices. Closing the browser tab alone doesn't always end your session. A proper logout invalidates your session token and prevents anyone else on the same device from accessing your account.
Remember: Ok Funalo will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. If you receive a message requesting your login credentials, do not respond — report it to support@okfunalo.com immediately.
